• Processing Time: Orders dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday)
• Couriers Used: Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD
• Tracking: Provided once your parcel has been dispatched

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Items must be in a resalable condition with no signs of use
• Non-returnable items: Earrings, personal care products, and intimate items (unless faulty)

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
• We will offer a replacement or full refund (including return postage if applicable)

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within 5–7 working days
