📦 1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping across the UK on all orders – no minimum spend required.

Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days after dispatch. We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).

We partner with trusted UK couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri, depending on the size and location of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your parcel’s delivery progress.

❌ 6. Are there any items I cannot return?
Yes, due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on items such as earrings, intimate wear, or personal care products, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

📧 8. I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order via our Contact Us page, including your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
